第二条（公示送達等の方法に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Methods of Service by Publication, etc.
The provisions of the following laws apply to service by publication, service or notice given on or after the date on which the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect, and with regard to service by publication, service or notice given before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
次に掲げる法律の規定は、前条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後にする公示送達、送達又は通知について適用し、同日前にした公示送達、送達又は通知については、なお従前の例による。
Article 70-8, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade as amended by the provisions of Article 4 (including where these provisions apply mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 10 of the Act on Ensuring Proper Transactions Involving Specified Entrusted Business Operators (Act No. 25 of 2023) or Article 42 of the Act on Promotion of Competition for Specified Smartphone Software (Act No. 58 of 2024)).
第四条の規定による改正後の私的独占の禁止及び公正取引の確保に関する法律第七十条の八第二項及び第三項（これらの規定を特定受託事業者に係る取引の適正化等に関する法律（令和五年法律第二十五号）第十条又はスマートフォンにおいて利用される特定ソフトウェアに係る競争の促進に関する法律（令和六年法律第五十八号）第四十二条において準用する場合を含む。）
