附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
With regard to what is set out in the following items, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions specified respectively in those items.
次の各号に掲げるものについては、それぞれ当該各号に定める規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
a notification pertaining to an international agreement or international contract entered into before this Act comes into effect: Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade as amended by the provisions of Article 1.
国際的協定又は国際的契約であつてこの法律の施行前にしたものに係る届出 第一条の規定による改正後の私的独占の禁止及び公正取引の確保に関する法律第六条第二項
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect (or, for the provisions set forth in paragraph (1), items (iv) and (v) of the Supplementary Provisions, before those respective provisions come into effect), to acts committed after this Act comes into effect pertaining to notifications for which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions, and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect pertaining to the playing card tax for which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of item (ii) of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律（附則第一項第四号及び第五号に掲げる規定については、当該各規定）の施行前にした行為並びに附則第三項第一号の規定により従前の例によることとされる届出に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為及び同項第二号の規定により従前の例によることとされるトランプ類税に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
