第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2020; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、令和二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions of Article 1 deleting the heading of Article 37 of the Employment Insurance Act and amending paragraph (8) of that Article, the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the provisions amending Article 8-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and the provisions adding one paragraph to Article 42 of that Act), the provisions of Article 4 amending Article 12, paragraphs (2) and (3), Article 14, paragraph (1) and Article 14-2, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, the provisions of Article 6, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 7 and Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 56, item (iii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 115 of 1954), and the provisions of Articles 17, 21, 22 and 24 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.

罰則に関する経過措置
この法律（附則第一条各号に掲げる規定にあっては、当該規定。以下この条及び次条において同じ。）の施行前にした行為及びこの附則の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
