第十三条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Child Rearing Allowance Act
If a person listed in the following items files a claim for certification under the provisions of Article 6 of the Child Rearing Allowance Act by June 30, 2021, payment of Child Rearing Allowance to that person is to begin from the month specified in the relevant item, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (1) of that Act.
次の各号に掲げる者が、令和三年六月三十日までの間に児童扶養手当法第六条の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する児童扶養手当の支給は、同法第七条第一項の規定にかかわらず、当該各号に定める月から始める。
A person who, as of March 1, 2021, actually satisfies the requirements for payment of Child Rearing Allowance under the provisions of the Child Rearing Allowance Act (excluding a person who comes to satisfy those requirements for payment on that day) and who is receiving the disability basic pension, etc. prescribed in Article 13-2, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 14 (referred to as "disability basic pension, etc." in the following item): March 2021;
令和三年三月一日において現に児童扶養手当法の規定による児童扶養手当の支給要件に該当している者（同日において当該支給要件に該当するに至った者を除く。）であって第十四条の規定による改正後の児童扶養手当法第十三条の二第二項第一号に規定する障害基礎年金等（次号において「障害基礎年金等」という。）を受けているもの 同月
A person who comes to satisfy the requirements for payment of Child Rearing Allowance during the period from March 1, 2021 to June 30 of that year and who is receiving disability basic pension, etc.: the month following the month that includes the later of the day on which the person came to satisfy the requirements for payment of Child Rearing Allowance pertaining to the claim for certification or the day on which the person came to have the right to receive disability basic pension, etc.
令和三年三月一日から同年六月三十日までの間に児童扶養手当の支給要件に該当するに至った者であって障害基礎年金等を受けているもの その者が当該認定の請求に係る児童扶養手当の支給要件に該当するに至った日又は障害基礎年金等の受給権を有するに至った日のいずれか遅い日の属する月の翌月
Where Article 13-3 of the Child Rearing Allowance Act is applied with regard to payment of Child Rearing Allowance to a person listed in item (i) of the preceding paragraph, the phrase "the first day of the month containing the day on which the requirements for payment of the allowance came to be met" in paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "March 1, 2021".
前項第一号に掲げる者に対する児童扶養手当の支給に関し、児童扶養手当法第十三条の三の規定を適用する場合においては、同条第一項中「手当の支給要件に該当するに至つた日の属する月の初日」とあるのは、「令和三年三月一日」とする。
With regard to restriction on payment of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before February 2021, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
令和三年二月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の支給の制限については、なお従前の例による。
