第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2002.
この法律は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 124Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Child Rearing Allowance Act
For the purpose of the application of the Child Rearing Allowance Act, the Transferred Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Pension and the Transferred Agricultural and Forestry Pension are deemed to be public pension benefits prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (2) of that Act.

「公的年金給付」
定義第三条第二項・法令全体に適用
次の各号に掲げる給付
わかりやすく言うと
国民年金法、厚生年金保険法、恩給法、労働者災害補償保険法などの法律や条例に基づいて年金として支給される給付や補償と、未帰還者留守家族等援護法に基づく留守家族手当や特別手当など、第三条第二項の各号に挙げる給付のことです。
