第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on August 1, 1977; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 come into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 68 of the National Pension Act and the provisions in Article 3 amending Article 7 of the Child Rearing Allowance Act come into effect on October 1 of that year.
この法律は、昭和五十二年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は公布の日から、第一条中国民年金法第六十八条の改正規定及び第三条中児童扶養手当法第七条の改正規定は同年十月一日から施行する。
第四条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

For the amount of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before July 1977, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和五十二年七月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
