Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 5 of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions of Article 4, Article 18 (including where applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 97, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985)) and Article 26-3 of the Act on Special Child Rearing Allowance as amended by the provisions of Article 2, and the provisions of the following Article and Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions apply from April 1, 1986.
第一条の規定による改正後の児童扶養手当法第五条の規定、第二条の規定による改正後の特別児童扶養手当等の支給に関する法律第四条、第十八条（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号）附則第九十七条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）及び第二十六条の三の規定並びに次条及び附則第三条の規定は、昭和六十一年四月一日から適用する。
第二条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Child Rearing Allowance Act
For the amount of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before March 1986, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和六十一年三月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
