Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on August 1, 1965; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 and Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on November 1, 1965, and the provisions of Article 3, Articles 14 through 43 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 45 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on February 1, 1966.
この法律は、昭和四十年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条及び附則第十三条の規定は昭和四十年十一月一日から、第三条並びに附則第十四条から附則第四十三条まで及び附則第四十五条の規定は昭和四十一年二月一日から施行する。
第三十五条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 35Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Child Rearing Allowance Act
Notwithstanding Article 3, paragraph (2), item (xv) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, a disability compensation pension or a pension that is a long-term injury or illness compensation benefit, which is paid pursuant to Article 15, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions to a person who is actually receiving payment of Child Rearing Allowance under the provisions of that Act as of February 1, 1966, is not to be treated as a public pension benefit for the purpose of applying Article 4, paragraph (3), item (ii) of that Act, while that person continues to care for or raise the child.
定義第三条第一項・法令全体に適用
十八歳に達する日以後の最初の三月三十一日までの間にある者又は二十歳未満で政令で定める程度の障害の状態にある者

十八歳に達する日以後の最初の三月三十一日を過ぎていない人と、二十歳未満で政令で定める程度の障害の状態にある人のことです。

次の各号に掲げる給付
わかりやすく言うと
国民年金法、厚生年金保険法、恩給法、労働者災害補償保険法などの法律や条例に基づいて年金として支給される給付や補償と、未帰還者留守家族等援護法に基づく留守家族手当や特別手当など、第三条第二項の各号に挙げる給付のことです。
