第六条（児童扶養手当に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Child Rearing Allowance
With regard to restrictions on payment of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before October 2018, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成三十年十月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の支給の制限については、なお従前の例による。
Child Rearing Allowance for July 2019 paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 6 is deemed to be Child Rearing Allowance for that month under the provisions of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 6 (referred to as the "New Child Rearing Allowance Act" in the following paragraph).
第六条の規定による改正前の児童扶養手当法第七条第三項の規定に基づいて支払われた平成三十一年七月分の児童扶養手当は、第六条の規定による改正後の児童扶養手当法（次項において「新児童扶養手当法」という。）の規定による同月分の児童扶養手当とみなす。
Child Rearing Allowance for August 2019 is to be paid in November of that year, notwithstanding Article 7, paragraph (3) of the New Child Rearing Allowance Act (excluding the proviso).
平成三十一年八月分の児童扶養手当については、新児童扶養手当法第七条第三項（ただし書を除く。）の規定にかかわらず、同年十一月に支払うものとする。
