第六条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Child Rearing Allowance Act
The benefits in the nature of a pension under Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Court Enforcement Officer Act that are paid, with the provisions then in force continuing to govern, pursuant to Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions are deemed to be public pension benefits prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (2) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
附則第三条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例により支給される旧執行官法附則第十三条の規定に基づく年金たる給付は、前条の規定による改正後の児童扶養手当法第三条第二項に規定する公的年金給付とみなす。

次の各号に掲げる給付
わかりやすく言うと
国民年金法、厚生年金保険法、恩給法、労働者災害補償保険法などの法律や条例に基づいて年金として支給される給付や補償と、未帰還者留守家族等援護法に基づく留守家族手当や特別手当など、第三条第二項の各号に挙げる給付のことです。
