第十三条（保険料納付の特例）

被保険者又は被保険者であつた者は、都道府県知事に申し出て、昭和四十五年七月一日前のその者の被保険者期間（国民年金法附則第六条第一項の規定による被保険者に係る被保険者期間及びこの法律附則第十五条第一項の規定による被保険者に係る被保険者期間を除く。）のうち、保険料納付済期間又は保険料免除期間以外の期間（当該期間に係る保険料を徴収する権利が時効によつて消滅している期間に限る。）について、一月につき四百五十円を納付することができる。

前項の規定による納付は、昭和四十七年六月三十日までに行なわなければならない。ただし、同日までに六十五歳に達する者は、六十五歳に達する日の前日までとする。

第一項の規定による納付は、さきに経過した月の分から順次に行なうものとする。

第一項の規定により納付が行なわれたときは、納付が行なわれた日に、納付に係る月の保険料が納付されたものとみなす。
