Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1, the following Article, Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part concerning what is specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare), and Article 4 and Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第一条並びに次条並びに附則第三条第一項（厚生労働大臣が定めることに係る部分に限る。）、第四条及び第十四条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。

第十四条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
