Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Incidental to the Partial Amendment of the National Pension Act
第六条（国民年金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 102, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of the preceding Article apply to a person who acquires the right to receive a benefit under that Act after the effective date.
前条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第百二条第一項及び第三項の規定は、施行日後において同法による給付を受ける権利を取得した者について適用する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Delegation to Cabinet Order
第八条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
