Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、昭和五十六年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は公布の日から、第五条及び附則第六条の規定は同年十月一日から施行する。

第二条（国民年金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

昭和五十六年七月以前の月分の国民年金法による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金並びに同法第七十七条第一項ただし書又は第七十八条第二項に規定する老齢年金の額については、なお従前の例による。
