第一条（施行期日）

この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第二条（国民年金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置等）

昭和五十四年七月以前の月分の次の各号に掲げる年金たる給付の額については、なお従前の例による。

国民年金法による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金並びに同法第七十七条第一項ただし書又は第七十八条第二項に規定する老齢年金

国民年金法の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十四年法律第八十六号。以下「法律第八十六号」という。）附則第十六条第一項の規定により支給する老齢年金

第八条（年金額の改定措置の特例）

前項の規定による措置は、政令で定める。

前二項の規定により年金たる給付の額を改定する措置が講ぜられたときは、国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和五十三年法律第四十六号）附則第三条第一項の規定により読み替えられた国民年金法第八十七条第三項の規定の適用については、法律第九十二号附則第二十二条の規定による年金たる給付の額を改定する措置が講ぜられたものとみなす。
