第一条（施行期日等）

この法律は、公布の日から施行する。

第一条から第六条までの規定による改正後の恩給法、恩給法の一部を改正する法律、元南西諸島官公署職員等の身分、恩給等の特別措置に関する法律、旧軍人等の遺族に対する恩給等の特例に関する法律、恩給法等の一部を改正する法律及び国民年金法の規定並びに附則第十二条第一項、第十三条第二項、第十四条第一項、第十九条及び第二十二条の規定は、昭和四十四年十月一日から適用する。

第二十条（国民年金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

改正後の国民年金法第六十五条第四項及び第五項（同法第七十九条の二第五項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、昭和四十四年十月以降の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金について適用し、同年九月以前の月分のこれらの福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
