Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日）

この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第一条から第四条までの規定、第七条の規定（厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十八年法律第九十二号。以下「法律第九十二号」という。）附則第三条及び附則第五条の改正規定、附則第六条の二を削る改正規定、附則第八条、附則第十条及び附則第二十二条の改正規定並びに附則第二十二条の二を削る改正規定に限る。）並びに次条から附則第五条まで、附則第二十四条から附則第二十七条まで及び附則第三十四条から附則第三十六条までの規定 昭和五十一年八月一日

第十条から第十二条まで、附則第十二条から附則第二十条まで及び附則第二十八条から附則第三十三条までの規定 公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日

昭和五十一年八月以前の月分の国民年金法による年金たる給付（障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金を除く。）の額については、なお従前の例による。

第七条

母子福祉年金及び準母子福祉年金については、昭和五十三年三月三十一日までの間は、次の表の上欄に掲げる国民年金法の規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとする。

昭和五十一年九月三十日において母子福祉年金又は準母子福祉年金を受ける権利を有しない者について、同年十月一日前に前項の規定が適用されていたとするならば、その者が同日まで引き続き母子福祉年金又は準母子福祉年金を受ける権利を有することとなるときは、その者に同月から国民年金法第六十一条の母子福祉年金又は同法第六十四条の三の準母子福祉年金を支給する。

昭和五十一年九月三十日において母子福祉年金又は準母子福祉年金を受ける権利を有する者について、同年十月一日前に第一項の規定が適用されていたとするならば、その母子福祉年金又は準母子福祉年金の額の加算の対象となる者が同日まで引き続きあることとなるときは、その加算の対象となる者の数に応じて、同月からその母子福祉年金又は準母子福祉年金の額を改定する。

第八条

昭和五十三年四月以後の月分の国民年金法による保険料については、第五条の規定による改正後の同法第八十七条第三項中「二千二百円」とあるのは、「二千五百円（昭和五十二年度において厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十八年法律第九十二号）附則第二十二条の規定により年金たる給付の額を改定する措置が講ぜられたときは、昭和五十年度の同条第一項に規定する物価指数に対する昭和五十一年度の同項に規定する物価指数の割合を二千五百円に乗じて得た額とし、その額に十円未満の端数があるときは、これを切り捨てるものとする。）」とする。

国民年金法第八十七条第三項に定める保険料の額は、昭和五十四年四月以後においては、法律で定めるところにより引き上げられるものとする。

第十九条（第十二条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）

第十二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第三十六条第二項の規定は、第十二条の規定の施行の日の前日において同法による障害年金を受ける権利を有する者の当該障害年金については、適用しない。

第二十三条（第十五条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）

第十五条の規定による改正後の国民年金法の規定が同条の規定の施行の日の一年六月前の日から適用されていたとするならば、同条の規定の施行の日前に同法第三十条又は第五十六条の障害年金を受ける権利を取得して引き続き同日までその権利を有することとなる者には、同日の属する月から当該障害年金を支給する。

第二十四条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）

この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
