Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2011.
この法律は、平成二十三年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
If, as of the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date"), there is a child prescribed in Article 33-2, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act of a person entitled to receive a disability basic pension under the provisions of the National Pension Act who is currently maintaining the livelihood of that child (limited to a child whom the person entitled to receive the pension came to have on or after the day following the day on which that person acquired the right, excluding a child who is deemed, pursuant to the provisions of Article 33-2, paragraph (2) of the National Pension Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 1, to have had their livelihood maintained by that person at the time the person entitled to receive the pension acquired the right, and for whom an addition is made pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article), then, for the purposes of the application of the provisions of Article 33-2, paragraph (2) of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 1, the phrase "the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to have that child falls" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the month in which the day on which the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 27 of 2010) comes into effect falls".
この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）において、現に国民年金法の規定による障害基礎年金の受給権者によって生計を維持しているその者の同法第三十三条の二第一項に規定する子（当該受給権者がその権利を取得した日の翌日以後に有するに至った当該子（第一条の規定による改正前の国民年金法第三十三条の二第二項の規定により当該受給権者がその権利を取得した当時その者によって生計を維持していたとみなされ、同条第一項の規定により加算が行われている当該子を除く。）に限る。）がある場合における第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第三十三条の二第二項の規定の適用については、同項中「当該子を有するに至つた日の属する月の翌月」とあるのは、「国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十二年法律第二十七号）の施行の日の属する月」とする。
If, as of the effective date, there is a child prescribed in Article 33-2, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act of a person entitled to receive a disability pension under the provisions of the National Pension Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 1 of the 1985 Amendment Act who is currently maintaining the livelihood of that child (limited to a child whom the person entitled to receive the pension came to have after April 1, 1986), then, for the purposes of the application of the provisions of Article 33-2, paragraph (2) of that Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 32, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 5, the phrase "the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to have that child falls" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the month in which the day on which the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 27 of 2010) comes into effect falls".
施行日において、現に昭和六十年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の国民年金法の規定による障害年金の受給権者によって生計を維持しているその者の国民年金法第三十三条の二第一項に規定する子（当該受給権者が昭和六十一年四月一日後に有するに至った当該子に限る。）がある場合における第五条の規定による改正後の昭和六十年改正法附則第三十二条第五項において準用する同法第三十三条の二第二項の規定の適用については、同項中「当該子を有するに至つた日の属する月の翌月」とあるのは、「国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十二年法律第二十七号）の施行の日の属する月」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Delegation to Cabinet Order
第三条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
