この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。

この法律の施行後は社会保険庁長官が行なうこととなる保険給付を受ける権利の裁定その他の処分であつて、この法律の施行前に厚生大臣が行なつたものは、社会保険庁長官が行なつた保険給付を受ける権利の裁定その他の処分とみなす。
