Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日等）

この法律は、昭和五十七年九月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条及び附則第五条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。

第二条（国民年金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

昭和五十七年八月以前の月分の国民年金法による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金並びに同法第七十七条第一項ただし書又は第七十八条第二項に規定する老齢年金の額については、なお従前の例による。

第五条（年金額の改定措置の特例）

前項の規定による措置は、政令で定める。

前二項の規定により年金たる保険給付又は年金たる給付の額を改定する措置が講ぜられたときは、法律第九十二号附則第二十二条第一項及び厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和五十五年法律第八十二号）附則第五十三条第一項の規定により読み替えられた国民年金法第八十七条第三項の規定の適用については、法律第九十二号附則第二十二条の規定による年金たる保険給付又は年金たる給付の額を改定する措置が講ぜられたものとみなす。
