第三十三条、第三十七条及び第三十八条の規定中延滞金に関する部分並びに第四十条の規定は、この法律の施行後に徴収する延滞金について適用する。ただし、当該延滞金の全部又は一部でこの法律の施行前の期間に対応するものについては、なお従前の例による。
