第三条（被保険者の資格の特例）
For the time being, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii), the phrase "an insured person under" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "an insured person under (in the case of a person 65 years of age or older, limited to an insured person who does not have the right to receive the benefit specified by Cabinet Order and prescribed in Article 4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act)".
