附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on November 1, 1959; provided, however, that with regard to procedures carried out pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, it comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、昭和三十四年十一月一日から施行する。ただし、法附則第三条第一項の規定によつてなされる手続に関しては、公布の日から施行する。
