第二十七条の二（後期高齢者医療の被保険者である者に係る付記事項）
Article 27-2Matters to Be Additionally Stated Concerning a Person Who Is an Insured Person under Latter-Stage Elderly Medical Care
The matters specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 28-2 of the Act are the matters listed in each of the following items, in accordance with the classification of notification listed in that item.
法第二十八条の二に規定する政令で定める事項は、次の各号に掲げる届出の区分に応じ、当該各号に掲げる事項とする。
Moving-in notification (excluding one pertaining to changing an address within the area of a prefecture), notification under Article 30-46 of the Act, and notification under Article 30-47 of the Act (excluding the notification listed in item (iii)): the following matters;
An indication that the person has acquired qualification as an insured person under latter-stage elderly medical care;
後期高齢者医療の被保険者の資格を取得した旨
If there is already a person who has acquired qualification as an insured person under latter-stage elderly medical care in the household to which the person has come to belong, the insured person number of that insured person (meaning the insured person number prescribed in Article 161-2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People; the same applies hereinafter in this Article);
その者が属することとなつた世帯に既に後期高齢者医療の被保険者の資格を取得している者がある場合には、その被保険者に係る被保険者番号（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第百六十一条の二第一項に規定する被保険者番号をいう。以下この条において同じ。）
Notification of a move within a municipality, moving-out notification, and notification of household change: the insured person number pertaining to the person;
Notification under Article 30-47 of the Act (limited to where the person making that notification has continuously held qualification as an insured person under latter-stage elderly medical care since before becoming a mid- to long-term resident, etc.): the following matters.
The date on which the person acquired qualification as an insured person under latter-stage elderly medical care;

法第三十条の四十六に規定する中長期在留者等
わかりやすく言うと
日本の国籍を持たない人のうち、中長期在留者、特別永住者、一時庇護許可者と仮滞在許可者のことで、出生や国籍喪失による経過滞在者は含みません（住民基本台帳法第三十条の四十六）。
