Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第四条、第五条、第六条第二項、第八条から第十六条まで、第十八条、第十九条、第二十一条及び第二十三条の改正規定並びに附則第三条及び第七条から第十二条までの規定は、昭和五十九年九月一日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 4, Article 5, Article 6, paragraph (2), Articles 8 through 16, Article 18, Article 19, Article 21, and Article 23, and the provisions of Article 3 and Articles 7 through 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of September 1, 1984.
