In drawing up or changing the rules of employment, the employer must ask the opinion of the labor union that has been organized by a majority of the workers at that workplace, if there is one, or of a person representing a majority of the workers at that workplace, if there is no such union.

In filing the rules of employment pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, the employer must attach a document setting forth the opinion referred to in the preceding paragraph.
