第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the day specified in the relevant item.

第三十条（別に定める経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 30Transitional Measures Specified Separately
第二条から前条までに規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要となる経過措置は、別に法律で定める。
Beyond what is prescribed in Articles 2 through the preceding Article, the transitional measures that become necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified separately by Act.
