Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において、各規定につき、政令で定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order for each provision within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation.
第五条（労働基準法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Labor Standards Act
前条の規定の施行の日前にした同条の規定による改正前の労働基準法の規定に違反する行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the date on which the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect in violation of the provisions of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
