第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect.
