使用者は、支払能力のあることを証明し、補償を受けるべき者の同意を得た場合においては、第七十七条又は第七十九条の規定による補償に替え、平均賃金に別表第三に定める日数を乗じて得た金額を、六年にわたり毎年補償することができる。
If an employer demonstrates the ability to pay and obtains the consent of the person entitled to compensation, in lieu of the compensation under Article 77 or Article 79, the employer may pay compensation every year for six years, in the amount arrived at when the average wage is multiplied by the number of days set forth in Appended Table 3.
