労働者が業務上負傷し、又は疾病にかかり、治つた場合において、その身体に障害が存するときは、使用者は、その障害の程度に応じて、平均賃金に別表第二に定める日数を乗じて得た金額の障害補償を行わなければならない。
If worker who has sustained an injury or has suffered illness in the course of employment has a physical disability after recovery, the employer must pay compensation for the disability in the amount arrived at when the average wage is multiplied by the number of days set forth in Appended Table 2 for the degree of disability.
