生後満一年に達しない生児を育てる女性は、第三十四条の休憩時間のほか、一日二回各々少なくとも三十分、その生児を育てるための時間を請求することができる。
A woman raising an infant born less than one year prior may request to have at least 30 minutes of time twice a day to care for the infant, in addition to the break periods referred to in Article 34.
An employer must not make a woman work during the child care time referred to in the preceding paragraph.
