A warehouse receipt must contain the following information as well as its number, and bear the signature or the name and seal of a warehouse operator:
倉荷証券には、次に掲げる事項及びその番号を記載し、倉庫営業者がこれに署名し、又は記名押印しなければならない。
the type, quality, and quantity of the bailed goods, the type of packaging, the number of packages, and the marks;
寄託物の種類、品質及び数量並びにその荷造りの種類、個数及び記号
the name of the bailor;
寄託者の氏名又は名称
the place of storage;
保管場所
the storage fees;
保管料
the storage period, if specified;
保管期間を定めたときは、その期間
the insured amount, the insurance period, and the name of the insurer, if the bailed goods are covered by insurance; and
寄託物を保険に付したときは、保険金額、保険期間及び保険者の氏名又は名称
the place and date of preparation of the receipt.
