The date on which this Act comes into effect is specified by Imperial Ordinance.
本法施行ノ期日ハ勅令ヲ以テ之ヲ定ム
第六十八条
Supplementary Provisions, Article 68
Article 575 of the Commercial Code and Part V, Chapter II, Section 2 are deleted; provided, however, that they still have effect where they are to be followed in applying the provisions of the Commercial Code and other laws and regulations.
商法第五百七十五条及第五編第二章第二節ハ之ヲ削除ス但シ商法其ノ他ノ法令ノ規定ノ適用上之ニ依ルベキ場合ニ於テハ仍其ノ効力ヲ有ス
