第十四条（平成元年四月から同年七月までの月分の戦傷病者戦没者遺族等援護法による遺族年金等の額の特例）

平成元年四月から同年七月までの月分の戦傷病者戦没者遺族等援護法（昭和二十七年法律第百二十七号）の規定による遺族年金及び遺族給与金（以下この条において「遺族年金等」という。）の額は、戦傷病者戦没者遺族等援護法等の一部を改正する法律（平成元年法律第三十五号）附則第二条の規定を適用しなかったとしたならば当該月分の遺族年金等として支払うべきであった額に相当する額とする。
