Supplementary Provisions, Article 16

第十六条

附則第十四条第一項又は第二項の規定によりその額が加算された老齢基礎年金は、その受給権者が障害基礎年金、障害厚生年金、障害共済年金その他の障害を支給事由とする年金たる給付であつて政令で定めるものの支給を受けることができるときは、その間、同条第一項又は第二項の規定により加算する額に相当する部分の支給を停止する。

前条第一項又は第二項の規定による老齢基礎年金は、その受給権者が前項に規定する政令で定める年金たる給付の支給を受けることができるときは、その間、その支給を停止する。

年金たる給付（ねんきんたるきゅうふ）
In Article 11, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985 and the provisions after it, as part of the phrase "pensions under the pre-2012 mutual aid Acts" (平成二十四年改正前共済各法による年金たる給付): the pensions paid under the long-term benefit provisions of the mutual aid association laws for national public officers, local public officers and private school staff as they stood before the 2012 Pension Unification Act (平成二十四年一元化法), which that Act's supplementary provisions keep in force.
平成二十四年一元化法附則第三十七条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十四年改正前国共済法の長期給付に関する規定その他の法律の規定、平成二十四年一元化法附則第六十一条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十四年改正前地共済法の長期給付に関する規定その他の法律の規定又は平成二十四年一元化法附則第七十九条の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十四年一元化法第四条の規定による改正前の私立学校教職員共済法の長期給付に関する規定その他の法律の規定による年金たる給付

person entitled to receive
受給権者（じゅきゅうけんしゃ）
A person who holds the right to receive a benefit (給付) under this Act; in Articles 12 and 13 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 104 of 2004, a person entitled to a pension benefit under this Act or another benefit a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies.
