With regard to the application of Article 63, paragraph (2), item (iv) of the new Regulation, a corporation that had accepted foreign nationals residing with the status of residence of "Pre-college Student" in Appended Table I (4) of the Act prior to its amendment by the amending Act is deemed to be a corporation that had accepted foreign nationals residing with the status of residence of "Student" in Appended Table I (4) of the Act as amended by the amending Act.
