This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Local Autonomy Act comes into effect (April 1, 2016); provided, however, that the provisions amending Appended Form No. 6-3 (For Applicant, etc. 2) O ("Entertainer"), the same Form (For Applicant, etc. 3) O ("Entertainer"), Appended Form No. 30 (For Applicant, etc. 2) O ("Entertainer"), the same Form (For Applicant, etc. 3) O ("Entertainer"), Appended Form No. 30-2 (For Applicant, etc. 2) O ("Entertainer") and the same Form (For Applicant, etc. 3) O ("Entertainer"), and the following Article come into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Control and Improvement of Amusement Business comes into effect (June 23, 2016), and the provisions amending Appended Form No. 44-2 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.

A written application for issuance of a certificate of eligibility in Appended Form No. 6-3, a written application for permission for a change of status of residence in Appended Form No. 30 or a written application for permission for extension of the period of stay in Appended Form No. 30-2 prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order is deemed, for the time being, even after the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to be a written application for issuance of a certificate of eligibility in Appended Form No. 6-3, a written application for permission for a change of status of residence in Appended Form No. 30 or a written application for permission for extension of the period of stay in Appended Form No. 30-2, respectively, prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
