This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Airport Development Act and the Civil Aeronautics Act (Act No. 75 of 2008) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 come into effect as of the date on which the Cabinet Order on the Arrangement, etc. of Related Cabinet Orders upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Airport Development Act and the Civil Aeronautics Act (Cabinet Order No. 197 of 2008) comes into effect, and the provisions of Article 3 come into effect as of the date of promulgation of this Ministerial Order, and the provisions of the Regulation on the Organization of Regional Immigration Bureaus as amended by the provisions of that Article apply from April 14, 2008.
