附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date (February 1, 2007) on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 43 of 2006) come into effect.
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成十八年法律第四十三号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成十九年二月一日）から施行する。
