①This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date (December 2, 2004) on which the provisions of Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 73 of 2004) come into effect.

②The forms of the entry record for foreign nationals pursuant to Appended Form No. 6 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the former Regulation") are, for one year after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, deemed to be the forms of the entry record for foreign nationals pursuant to Appended Form No. 6 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation").

③The forms of the written waiver of hearing pursuant to Appended Form No. 54, the written waiver of objection pursuant to Appended Form No. 59, the written judgment and written decision pursuant to Appended Form No. 61 and the written deportation order pursuant to Appended Form No. 63 under the provisions of the former Regulation are, for the time being even after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, deemed to be, respectively, the forms of the written waiver of hearing pursuant to Appended Form No. 54, the written waiver of objection pursuant to Appended Form No. 59, the written judgment and written decision pursuant to Appended Form No. 61 and the written deportation order pursuant to Appended Form No. 63 under the provisions of the new Regulation.

④With regard to the validity of the written judgment and written decision pursuant to Appended Form No. 61 and the written deportation order pursuant to Appended Form No. 63 delivered or issued pursuant to the provisions of the former Regulation before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
