この省令の施行前に交付、発付、発行又は作成されたこの省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則、被収容者処遇規則、入国審査官及び入国警備官の証票の様式に関する省令、日本国に居住する大韓民国国民の法的地位及び処遇に関する日本国と大韓民国との間の協定の実施に伴う出入国管理特別法施行規則、外国人登録法施行規則又は外国人指紋押捺規則の様式による書面は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれ対応する様式により交付、発付、発行又は作成された書面とみなす。
