附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Appended Table I and Appended Table V come into effect as of April 1, 2004.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、別表第一及び別表第五の改正規定は、平成十六年四月一日から施行する。
