This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of June 1, 2017.
この省令は、平成二十九年六月一日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
With regard to an application under the provisions of Article 61-2, paragraph (1) of the Act filed before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前にした法第六十一条の二第一項の規定による申請については、なお従前の例による。
