第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of December 31, 2022.
この省令は、令和四年十二月三十一日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the validity of a refugee travel document in Appended Form No. 81 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") prior to the amendment, issued before this Ministerial Order comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2-12, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前に、出入国管理及び難民認定法第六十一条の二の十二第一項の規定に基づき交付された改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「規則」という。）別記第八十一号様式の難民旅行証明書の効力については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
A refugee travel document in Appended Form No. 81 of the Regulation prior to the amendment is deemed, for the time being, even after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to be a refugee travel document in Appended Form No. 81 of the Regulation as amended.
改正前の規則別記第八十一号様式の難民旅行証明書は、この省令の施行後においても当分の間、改正後の規則別記第八十一号様式の難民旅行証明書とみなす。
