附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code, etc. comes into effect (June 1, 2025).
この省令は、刑法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（令和七年六月一日）から施行する。
An application that has actually been filed at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect using a form prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as "the former forms" in the following paragraph) is deemed to be an application filed using the form as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現に行われているこの省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）による申請は、この省令による改正後の様式による申請とみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the former forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
