Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (vi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, etc. (Act No. 28 of 2023) come into effect (May 15, 2025).
この省令は、刑事訴訟法等の一部を改正する法律（令和五年法律第二十八号）附則第一条第六号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和七年五月十五日）から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the validity of a written notice of deferment of confirmation of departure in Appended Form No. 39 and a subpoena in Appended Form No. 51-2 issued pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前にこの省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定により交付された別記第三十九号様式の出国確認留保通知書及び別記第五十一号の二号様式の呼出状の効力については、なお従前の例による。
