①This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act on Authorization of Public Interest Incorporated Associations and Public Interest Incorporated Foundations (Act No. 49 of 2006) comes into effect.

②The public interest incorporated associations or public interest incorporated foundations prescribed in Article 6-2, paragraph (4), item (i) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, or in item (iii) of the right-hand column of the row for the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Pre-college Student" in Appended Table I (4) of the Act, in the table of the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, are to include the special incorporated associations or special incorporated foundations prescribed in Article 42, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Act on General Incorporated Associations and General Incorporated Foundations and the Act on Authorization of Public Interest Incorporated Associations and Public Interest Incorporated Foundations (Act No. 50 of 2006).
