Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
An application or any other act (hereinafter referred to as an "application or other act" in this Article) that has actually been made at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect using a form prescribed in the respective Ministerial Orders prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the former Ministerial Orders") is deemed to be an application or other act made using the corresponding form prescribed in the respective Ministerial Orders as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Ministerial Orders").
この省令の施行の際現に行われているこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令（以下「旧省令」という。）に規定する様式による申請その他の行為（以下この条において「申請等の行為」という。）は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれの省令（以下「新省令」という。）に規定する相当様式による申請等の行為とみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
Documents in a form prescribed in the former Ministerial Orders are deemed, for the time being, even after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to be documents in the corresponding form prescribed in the new Ministerial Orders.
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
With regard to the validity of documents prepared pursuant to the provisions of the former Ministerial Orders before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前に、旧省令の規定により作成された文書の効力については、なお従前の例による。
