With regard to that part of the application of Article 6 of the new Regulation to persons who received the issuance of a certificate of eligibility or received a visa before the effective date (limited to cases falling under any of the items of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Order No. 50 of 2009)) and persons who received the issuance of a certificate of eligibility after the effective date (limited to cases in which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of that Article), and who filed the application set forth in Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Act after the effective date, which pertains to the status of residence of "Trainee" in Appended Table I (4) of the Act before the amending Act came into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
